Who we are
Endrias Film College ("the college", "we") runs this website. This notice explains what personal information we collect through it, why we collect it, who can see it, and what you can ask us to do.
What we collect
- When you apply: your name, email address, phone number, country, the program and intake you choose, your education level, what you tell us about your interest, and the documents you upload (such as an ID, school certificates and a photo). We also record the time you agreed to this notice and the internet address you used.
- When you ask a question through the Contact page or the chat assistant: your name, your contact details if you give them, and your message.
- When a company posts a job or asks to contact a graduate: the company name, the contact person, their phone and email, and the details they type in.
- When a graduate saves a profile: the details they choose to share. A profile is shown publicly only after the college approves it, and it shows initials, not the full name.
- When you sign in: your account details. We keep a record of sign-ins and of important actions by staff, for security.
Why we use it
- To process your application, contact you about it and, if you are accepted, enrol you.
- To answer your questions and run the college's accounts and student records.
- To email you about your request, if the college has switched emails on: a confirmation when you apply, decisions about your application and answers to your questions. The college sends them from its own website hosting.
- To connect graduates with employers, only through the college.
- To keep the website and the college's records secure.
Who can see it
- Staff who need it for their work, each with their own sign-in and limited access. Uploaded documents are stored privately, not on public web addresses, and each time a staff member opens one it is recorded.
- A company sees a graduate's details only when college staff pass them on.
- We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
This website uses a cookie to keep you signed in and to remember your language and light or dark choice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep application, student and finance records for as long as we need them to run admissions and student services and to meet the college's record-keeping duties.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where the law allows. You can reach us through the Contact page of this website.
